 Sharing a Ah Ha moment - Doh! What are you working on? Confidence? Anxiety? you fill in the blank. I also hear peers say I did NLP on someone or Hypnosis on someone  - Nope that's not the way If you're kind enough to listen I'll share with you one of my biggest struggles. I have been having a real struggle lately working on ME, working on my best friend and things just haven't been as clear as I wanted. Then the AhHa! Try working WITH yourself Cloughie!! Where did that come from? I think I know, it's as if my best friend has been try to tell me and just wasn't getting it. Bless my best friend for sticking with me and I know yours' is sticking with you too. So.......................... Now it's time for me to simply (in simplicity there is genius) sit with me my 'You & I' - I'll explain about that later. I'll let you know how I get on and if you are brave enough :O) to share your thoughts and results of working WITH yourself, WITH your Confidence,WITH your Anxiety but really WITH your BEST FRIEND.
