Anxiety to Confidence - The Personal Development Unplugged Podcast

FMQ 250 Why do we always expect a no

12 Jun 2019

Description

Why do we always expect a no and how do we get over expecting a no because you can Forget that old 'self sabotage' that's just an effect and we can deal with that too! You see we stop ourselves doing stuff - that technical term again - because we think we don't do what we want to do because we expect someone will not accept us, say a no, we'll fail or any other excuse. That's right EXCUSE, you heard me right. We make up these excuses with a wonderful positive intention but only to create a conflict between that intention and what we do or don't do  - our behavior. Come with me to dive quickly and deeply to find the simple way(s) to change this and actually get great results. It only takes 15 minutes and 11 seconds in this 5 minute podcast :) As always please share this and all/any of the previous episodes of this podcast and make a difference. And As a favor can I ask you to leave a nice review on iTunes/apple/google play or any number of platforms of your choice because that would be a great way to pay this forward.
