Come for a walk and learn to connect The ultimate process for connecting with everything We've learned how to make perfect footprints in the sand in a previous episode "Perfect Footprints - A Way To Center" a little while back (If you haven't caught that you really should it's so useful right now) and now we get to expand that process into something I think is quite special.
