So I took it, yeah.

Hmm. The garbage pail. No, actually, I grew up in Brooklyn. with my mother and father way back when. And we had like a little apartment there, a little old house, way back in the 60s. And from there... We moved to Queens because my father didn't like the way the neighborhood was anymore in Brooklyn where we were, like Underdunk Avenue and that whole neighborhood. So we moved to Queens and he got an apartment. He got a house in Queens, a nice place too. And it was in Springfield Gardens. And then he seen the neighborhood trying to change there, too, after a couple of years. And my father wasn't too fond of having black people around him, you know. Not that he was prejudiced or anything like that. I'll get to that later.
And so he stayed there for several years. And we were in Queens for a long time. Yeah.

Did you go to school? Yes, I went to school. I went to elementary school. I went to high school, Thomas Edison. I took up printing production in Thomas Edison High. years ago. That's also in Jamaica, Queens. After that, I tried to get work when I graduated from high school.
