Shahin Hoda talks with the CEO and Founder of Avaana, Rohan Pardasani, about how Avaana has managed to pivot from their core services because of coronavirus and develop new offerings for their customer base. Avaana helps everyday Aussies book health and well-being services with ease, but when COVID-19 hit (and customers stopped booking allied health services) they realised they needed to test something new. They were able to swiftly test new messaging and offer new services to allied health practitioners which Rohan has called a perfect storm for their growth. In this episode, we'll explore how Rohan and his team went about developing their new services and what is his advice for anyone else looking to do the same.
