Before executive coaching, Jim was a financial industry executive for 25 years, where he was a Registered Principal for Robert W Baird & Co. He also hosted a radio and financial news show called "The Robert James Exchange." Additionally, he was a financial journalist and contributor to Wall Street Notes. Over the years, Jim has earned his stripes as a “veteran change agent with documented success in start-ups, emerging companies, mergers, and acquisitions.
