Over the years, Jim has earned his stripes as a “veteran change agent with documented success in start-ups, emerging companies, mergers, and acquisitions. In this podcast interview, we explore Jim's journey into executive coaching. One of Jim's core themes in coaching is: 'Rethink, Unlearn, and Think Again." In the interview, he shares his favorite questions and another source of question stems to help coaches. Jim shares his experience building and growing executive peer groups -- and his secret success weapon -- his group fills the open seats in his group. We discuss how peer groups function and the power of the group to help others in the group. Jim shares a wonderful peer group exercise using songwriting as the material for discovery.
