Description

This is episode 1035 of the Arete Coach Podcast with host Severin Sorensen and his guest Steve Leach. In this episode, Steve Leach talks about his journey as an executive coach, business coach, and master coach with ActionCoach. Steve shares his entry into business coaching, the formative years of ActionCoach, and his favorite coaching tools, including the use of metaphors in coaching situations. Steve shares his favorite coaching metaphor of "Wile E. Coyote" and why sometimes entrepreneurs seem to sabotage the very things they build. Steve lives in Brisbane, Australia, and he is a founding coach with ActionCOACH, and one of the early pioneers of Business and Executive coaching. Over the past 26 years, Steve has inspired, educated, guided and held accountable, over 630 business owners, as their 1-on-1 coach; several of whom have been on programs for over a decade.  Steve has also racked up a staggering, speaking resume; having spent over 9,600 hours on stage, in 68 cities, across 19 countries. Steve is wise, insightful, and witty, and his journey into executive coaching is a great addition to the Arete Coach Podcast.
