Janet is an Executive Coach, CEO Coach, Leadership Strategist, and Master Chair, and Vistage Chair for over 24 years. Janet is the former CEO of a $65 million per year, 200+ employee, multi-state travel industry business. After selling her company, she took a keen interest in helping others through executive coaching. She has coached business leaders, CEOs, key executives, and coaches who coach executives. She has logged more than 10,000 hours of paid coaching and facilitation of CEO and executive peer groups and one-to-one coaching sessions. Along her path, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Regis University and numerous advanced training in the coaching arts including DISC, Emergenetics, Positive Psychology, Crucial Conversations, to name a few.
