I covered he covered a lot of topics, sir.
He sure did. So let's just take a couple of them. One of the big triumphs today, if you go back two years ago, the media was laughing at Donald Trump when he said he was gonna annex Greenland in some way. He did it. He signed that deal today, and what he revealed in his speech was that he's gonna put at least two US military new US military bases in Greenland, fortifying American security in the Western Hemisphere, in the Arctic. Uh of course that deal also allows us to veto any of our enemies trying to come into Greenland like China or Russia or others. And so uh one uh one of the things the media once viewed as a folly uh today is a reality and and a great security strength addition to our arsenal here in America.
He also addressed Iran and he said he's got a big decision to face. either anil annihilate Iran with the next round of attacks or make a peace deal. Uh that was a pretty dramatic moment. More dramatic than that though, he said, listen, the Iran has been the mid Middle East bully for t far too long. They no longer are a bully. They've been neutered and now the time is to try to make a deal or to finish the job. And so with the Iranian leadership sitting in the audience, because we gave them a visa to come in. Uh, they had to listen to that. Uh, the president make very clear that he could annihilate them or he could make a deal. Uh, there are other important things that he addressed today, AI, the future.
driver of the global economy. Um he said I don't want to call it artificial intelligence anymore. I want to call it superintelligence. So a Trump rebranding of something that's been on all of our tongues for a long time. Uh a very substantive speech, a very newsy speech, a lot of New facts for us to digest in the Trump policy, the Dunro Doctrine, um, all laid out before the UN General Assembly. Pretty, pretty remarkable speech.
On the uh surprising he talked about uh eliminating uh the Persians as a nuclear power. And the UN is never very receptive to President Trump and his nationalism. He actually got a surprising the the round of applause really came after President Trump talked about uh making sure they never had a nuclear weapon. I I was a little surprised at that, given that it's mainly a hostile audience, sir.
You know, I think the truth of the matter is most nations were just as worried about Iran as President Trump. They just didn't have the courage to say it. Uh everybody knew Iran with a nuclear weapon would be a wild card of epic proportions and and destabilize the globe for decades to come. And while they all uh wouldn't join in on President Trump. uh and his initial attack on Iran, while they often mumbled their words and weren't clear about their support. Behind the scenes, a lot of these world leaders and their diplomats I've been talking to have applauded it saying They were getting awful close. We don't like it. And just a few weeks ago, remember the UN atomic agency was thrown out of Iran. They're not doing any more
