159. Rolling with the Mural Industry with Linda & Roberto

This week’s episode features not 1 but 2 seasoned muralists: Linda & Roberto. This duo has worked together for many years on many different projects throughout their lifetime mural career. They’ve been doing this mural thing so long that while they were explaining projects and the year they painted them I was thinking, “Oh wow, I was a toddler when they completed that job.” We chat about what it’s like being an artist for hire and riding the wave of the industry. Busy and not busy… From working for other artists to stories about taking on giant jobs of their own. They have a lifetime of knowledge in the mural industry and I definitely plan to have them back someday to talk about maybe something more specific that you would want to know about their mural careers, but for now this is a broad overview of many years painting murals.
