After a campaign by influencers and politicians, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the Trump DOJ was ordering that the case be dismissed, stating “Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing.” The dismissal ends the trial with prejudice, but the battle continues for Dr. Moore who is not permitted to pursue reimbursement of legal fees that reportedly exceed $750,000.
