So i asked the question, what is the framework on which the podcast is built? Whats the foundation? I found my answer. The Athlete Maestro Method. What is the Method? Its a 5 part framework to help athletes achieve peace of mind, freedom and success in sports. 1. Assess/Vision 2. Plan 3. Action/Implementation 4. FTR (Forget The Rest) 5. Self Mastery What ever struggle you have in sports, this is your antidote. The framework with which to solve your problem. I break each step down in this episode.
