Once upon a time, ADD coach Linda Roggli (aka the ADDiva) had trouble remembering the names and interaction of those pesky ADHD neurotransmitters, which made it difficult to explain brain wiring to her clients. So she set out to simplify this exceedingly complex topic and voila! She made friends with three amazing neurotransmitter stand-ins: Nora Penne Effrin (aka norepinephrine), Sarah Tonin (aka serotonin), and Dope A. Mean (aka dopamine).
