Have you ever ordered something you enjoyed so much at a restaurant that you tried making it yourself at home? Well, I have, and although I never quite succeeded in replicating David Chang’s Ginger Scallion noodles from Momofuku Noodle Bar, I’m glad I can share highlights from his autobiography in this review.David Chang is an American restaurateur, author, and television personality.
