Normally on ALF we talk about proper handling of fish for release, but today we're going to talk about handling of fish destined for the table. Recreational anglers have an advantage over the pros in that they have more time to care for and process fish. Yet, it's really common to see fish being handled poorly. As a result, the fish suffers more than it should and the angler doesn't get to experience just how superior recreationally caught fish can be.
