Coaching and Officiating: Officiating Women and Girls

Hosted by Annabelle White Annabelle White is joined by international hockey umpire Minka Wooley and Football Australia Officiating Lead Jacqui Hurford for a conversation about the experiences of women and girls in officiating. They discuss confidence, leadership, and the challenges officials can face, as well as what good support looks like at every level of the game. This episode highlights the importance of creating safe, inclusive environments for officials to succeed.
