Bannon`s War Room
Episode 4936: Texas Courts Thwarting Trump's Redistricting; Islamic Takeover Of Texas
18 Nov 2025
Chapter 1: What are the implications of Texas courts blocking Trump's redistricting efforts?
This is Texas redistricting. This is very much going to be about 2026. We might have Epstein be about 2026, but this as well. The state of Texas tried to redraw the maps, add five more seats, and now a federal judge has said, No, you can't. Three of them, actually. So three and redistricting cases.
Oftentimes the law requires that they are held, that they are heard initially by a three judge panel. And that's what happened here. And they are saying that the redistricting effort that Texas undertook here was done in a way that wasn't just partisan. It was overtly racial in its gerrymandering approach.
such that the plaintiffs who sued, and there were multiple groups of them, are entitled to a preliminary injunction that blocks the use of those maps for the 2026 election and requires Texas to go back to their 2021 maps. They're saying that having a legislatively drawn map is preferable to courts drawing the map and getting involved in that themselves. They recognize time is of the essence.
And usually when you have an election right around the corner, a Supreme Court case called Purcell sort of begs that court sort of back off and not get involved. And they say, here, the evidence of the partisan and racial gendering was so obvious and flagrant that despite that Supreme Court case cautioning courts not to get involved, they had to override it. That's interesting.
So I think it's December 7th or December 8th that lawmakers have to file for their candidacy, which means there's only a few weeks for this court to bring it up to or for Texas to appeal this to the Supreme Court. That's right. The Supreme Court would need to weigh in before then. What is the likelihood of that happening? I think the likelihood of it happening is high.
At least the court may determine and say that they're not going to take it, in which case the court's decision, the lower court's decision today would stay in place. But I think it's more likely that they'll use it as an opportunity to say, whether or not all of these redistricting attempts that are happening at DOJ's invitation expressly all over the country should happen now or not.
It's not typical for mid-decade redistricting to happen, and there's a reason why.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

Chapter 2: How did the federal judge rule on the Texas redistricting case?
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
It's Tuesday, 18 November, Year of Our Lord 2025. Okay, here's what we're going to do today. I've got Rabbi Pesach Walicki, a good buddy of mine, is going to co-host today. We've got a lot to talk about. Brian Harrison is going to join us in a moment.
Big news coming out of Texas on the Muslim Brotherhood and Care, but signal, not noise, redistricting, which we have to win redistricting or midterms are going to be very tough. We're going to get to all that. I'm here for the first half hour with the rabbi and Brian Harrison at 6 o'clock.
I've got to step out for a meeting, but at 6 o'clock, we're going to have While Israel Slept, Yaakov Katz is with me. I'm back here with the entire hour to go through October 7th. Remember, we had him on a couple weeks ago. People raved about it. This book is fantastic, so we'll get to all of it. Brian Harrison first, before we get to the Muslim Brotherhood and care.
We got kind of a bombshell today down in Texas. I'm not so sure this is not an unforced error, but where are we? This is vital, brother, because right now the Democrats are climbing over the ramparts on this redistricting fight and establishment Republicans in Kansas, Nebraska, Indiana, we're all sudden getting cold feet. Where are we? What happened today?
Well, it's a huge deal. And I got to remind folks that the stakes, I mean, we're talking about the future of the United States Congress and what happens in the midterms. Do the radical leftist Marxist progressives of AOC take over and effectively thwart the final two years of the Trump administration? I mean, the stakes could not be higher. And we had an absolute legal bombshell.
What happened to catch folks up is the state of Texas redistricted earlier this year to add five new Republican seats. Quite frankly, something we should have done before now, but we finally got it done this year.
and what a three-judge panel, three federal judge panel, decided to basically slap down our new maps and force us to have elections in the March primary and November general elections next year based on the maps that were drawn in 2021, which gave a five-seat advantage to the Democrats as opposed to the five new seats for Republicans in the current map. We had three judges here.

Chapter 3: What are the potential consequences of the Supreme Court's involvement in Texas redistricting?
Memory serves me correctly.
That memory, I would have to be fact checked on that, but I believe that is correct. I think we're talking about Judge Brown here.
How does a Trump judge rule against this, sir?
You know, I don't know. It's a very long opinion. So I want to be very clear, I have not had a chance to go through the entire opinion. But he is hanging his hat on a lot of statements and a lot of other rhetoric that was made down here by senior Republican officials in the Texas government. I want to still be clear, I believe that the judges are wrong. I don't know why he ruled this way.
And to be very clear again, at the risk of putting too fine a point on it, I need the posse to understand how big of a deal this could be. This is not just a Texas story.
This is a story that will impact the entire United States of America and potentially be the deciding factor as to whether President Trump gets four full years to pursue his affirmative agenda to make America great again, or is stymied with impeachment and nonstop oversight, hearing from the radical leftists who are hellbent on destroying this country.
And as far as me speaking for myself down here as a constitutional officer in the state of Texas, I want the Texas government, the Republicans, or so-called Republicans, that lead the state of Texas to take nothing for granted.
And we should be fighting absolutely as hard for the future of our state, the future of our country, and for the future of Western civilization as the radical leftist Democrats, many of whom want to see the leftist agenda realized through their positions, in many cases, from the federal bench.
Abbott never wanted to do this in the first place. We had to go bayonet to the back to him on this show with you, the people at Patriot Mobile. It was not for Glenn Sturgeon, the team that was political operation. We would never have gotten the five. They were always half-hearted. And I got to tell you, Democrats, look in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bandt.
Good evening. I am Joe Allen sitting in for Stephen K. Bannon. Two big news items tonight from the world of artificial intelligence. First, Google has released their Gemini 3 model, the latest AI model that has blown past all of its competitors on the most crucial evaluations. So, humanity's last exam created by the Center for AI Safety
is a series of extremely difficult questions that evaluators run AIs through to get a sense of how quote-unquote smart they are. For Gemini 3's DeepThink, it scored 41%. Compare that to GPT-5 Pro, which is at 30%, or Claude at 13%. We see that despite all the crazy hallucinations and all of the malfunctions that AIs constantly enact, you have an enormous increase in artificial, quote unquote,
intelligence. The other evaluation, which is in some sense more important, the Arc AGI test. The Arc AGI test is a type of problem-solving or puzzle-solving evaluation which tests whether or not a model is able to work through a problem that it would have never seen before, a sort of spatial reasoning. Gemini's DeepThink scored 45%, blowing past GBT-5, which was at a mere 17%.
What this means is, number one, the technology is, without a doubt, advancing at a rapid clip. And number two, it is not fast. going away. This is going to be a huge boon for those who are making tons of money off of it. And this is going to be a huge problem for those of us who would like to see it just disappear, not happening.
The second item, which is much more urgent and much more immediate is is that the 10-year moratorium, which so many people across the aisle fought to put down, is now reportedly being snuck back into the National Defense Authorization Act. This means that for all of our efforts, it's possible that Republicans led by Ted Cruz will...
ban any state from enacting regulation on artificial intelligence we have about four days to put this thing back in the ground here to talk about it is tim estes founder of angel q tim thank you very much for joining us joe great to be on thank you very much for having me

Chapter 5: What strategies are being discussed to counteract the influence of radical groups in Texas?
We have the Bill Blaster app. There'll be notifications going out tonight. Who needs to hear this and who needs to be speaking up as this goes forward over the next four days? Well, I mean, this is a bill coming out of House Armed Services and the Senate, you know, Armed Services Committee. So Republican members on those committees probably just need to say this is not the vehicle for this.
OK, this is a unifying bill that's negotiated for a year, you know, at least for nine months to get to this point. That's why it normally has overwhelming support. You don't take something this divisive, this electric and this problematic and stick it in a back room in the last minute. Because what's going to happen is this.
When those data centers continue to get built out, the electricity rates shoot up, that's going to be on ads that run against you in the fall. And it will resonate, it will sting, and this effort will be seen as the big tech giveaway.
So I'm just saying straight up that you can choose to either go along with an industry that is going to fund whoever wins and switch sides like they did this recently with Trump. They were on the other side before. They will switch sides to what side serves them.
The people who have been involved in this movement, they're the ones that need to stand up and say, you know what, Mr. Reza, we agree with you. Let's make a big discussion on a federal standard as soon as possible so we can then preempt wacky states. Fine. But that's not what's happening.
This is a vacuum that's being created on protection so that the companies can monetize on the backs of our children, on the backs of our creators and copyrighted works. All these things are happening to enable a very small few to control more power. And there's no guarantee they're going to be loyal to any agenda.
So I think that the president is being fouchied on this issue from inside the White House, as I might say so. And I think that needs to get before it comes too late, needs to get dealt with.
So having said that straight up, the Republicans need to be reached out to or the Republican members on the House Armed Services Committee and then other key members in swing districts to say, let's not get on the wrong side of a 90 percent issue. That would be Mike Rogers of Alabama, chair of the Armed Forces Committee, yes? Correct? Yep, that would be a chair, yep.
Yep, and Rob Whitman of Virginia, vice chair and chair of the Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces. Scott DesJarlais of my own Tennessee, chair of the Subcommittee on Strategic Forces. Trent Kelly of Mississippi.

Chapter 6: What is Governor Abbott's stance on the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE?
Right back after the break.
You know, I didn't know this until the guys at Field of Greens, the doctors and the experts told me about it and then gave me information. It was fascinating. We have two ages, our actual age and our body's internal biological age. Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my biological age without even knowing it.
Chapter 7: What recent actions have been taken against the Muslim Brotherhood in Texas?
Here's the thing, because Americans eat so many processed and ultra-processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables, many, perhaps most, are 10 years older on the inside than their actual age. They're ticking time bombs. A major university study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb. Participants slowed their aging by drinking field of greens. That's all.
They didn't change their eating, drinking, or exercise, just Field of Greens. I feel great knowing Field of Greens can slow how quickly I'm aging, and I encourage you to join me. Swap your untested fruit, vegetable, or green drink for Field of Greens while there's time. Check out the university study. I want you all to read it. And get 20% off when you use promo code Bannon at fieldofgreens.com.
That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code Bannon. Read the university study. Find out how you can slow down your internal biological clock by using this amazing formula, which you just add to your favorite drink or to water, which you do at the War Room every day. And in addition, you will get an energy boost. That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code BAN, and you get 20% off. Do it today.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
