Why did the President announce a ban on CNN, MSNBC, and Politico?
The President of the United States announcing today with no warning that he has banned CNN from the White House along with MS Now and Politico. He announced the ban in a social media post that read in part, I am proud to announce that effective immediately I'm banning fake news CNN, MS Now, who recently changed their name from MSNBC due to lack of viewership and credibility, and Politico from the White House as a result of their constant reporting fake news. We're in the middle of a war. It's been going on seven months, and it's going badly. The president just wants to control the coverage of his presidency. The best way for him to get better coverage is to stop doing things that are immoral or illegal or unconstitutional or just downright foolish, from his ongoing tariff war with Canada to his failed war in Iran.
So So frankly, I'm wondering tonight, Anderson, where are the Republicans? All of us in Congress take an oath to uphold the Constitution.
