EP.15 of Barbell Radio, I sit down with Kris LeGier who is a personal trainer, educator, and a group fitness instructor in Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. In this episode we discuss the mental barriers that keep us from going to the gym whether that be motivation issue or a fear issue of looking stupid in front of others. Kris also has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and she explains how she was able to apply her knowledge into what she is doing now as a trainer/coach.
