#8 Keiko Mayeda/ Why is your Bench arch so high? Two little Powerlifters get serious

On EP.8 of Barbell Radio, I talk with 47kg Austrian Powerlifter, Keiko Mayeda. At the young age of 19, Keiko holds the National Junior Record for the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Total as well as the National Open Record for Squat, Deadlift and Total. Not only is she strong, she also is a passionate about nutrition as she believes that it could really change your game as an athlete in regards to performance. We also have the same roots, biologically being Japanese however spending most of our lives overseas (Keiko in Austria and me in Australia) so I really enjoyed discussing many topics and sharing experiences and insights.
