They want the conclusion of war against all aligned non-state actors throughout the region. And they want international recognition and guarantees regarding Iran's authority over the Strait of Hormuz. I can tell you now, this is a non-starter. But that's not a surprise. First offers normally are. However, this is such a non-starter, it's a signal that Iran isn't feeling as much pressure to negotiate as Trump wants people to believe.
