The phased question, Guidance of my boss, made me want to dive into the question and ask a few questions myself. There is a significant difference between a boss and a leader. The definition of A boss is a person in charge of a worker or organization. A leader is a person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. Analyze your boss or leader of what you like or wish was different. Being observant is useful when you want to take your experiences and create a new future vision. It will take six steps to go out on your own without the Guidance of your boss. Visionary: Your mission is to create a vision of your future self, business, and life. Focus on a bigger picture Have a Coach: Coaches will help you clear your path when obstacles come your way Determination: Believe success is already yours Education: Focus your continuing education on Leadership and business. Networking: Find a new community to communicate with that will help you generate new ideas for your business Discipline: Dedicating your time and money to personal development and growing your business
