If you're a woman who makes good money in your career or business, but you're not building wealth like you want to, then you're in the right place. In this podcast, you'll learn how to stop overspending, break free from the cycle of debt, save lots of cash, and become the wealthy woman you were born to be. Let's dive in. Well, hello, everyone. Welcome back. Today, I have something big for you. We are kicking off a brand new series that's all about my signature framework, the Do Both Method. Now, I know you've heard me talk about it before as a tagline, right? You can build wealth and enjoy life at the same time. But I want you to know that the Do Both Method is more than just a tagline. It is a framework that I walk my private clients through when we work together.
Germaine Foley 1:06
So So what I wanna do over the next several weeks is just give you an overview of the components of this system, of this framework, because it is really life-changing. The clients that work with me and go through this, Their finances are like night and day. Who they are when it comes to money, how much they trust themselves, how they think about money, how they think about themselves, and their ability to handle money and to build wealth is 100% different than when we started. So it is the fourth quarter. And that means you still have time this year to completely change your life. So it's fitting that we start a new series instead of fizzling out, instead of thinking, oh, we're almost at the end of the year.
Germaine Foley 1:53
We can start again next year. I wanted to reinvigorate you to let you know that you still have a lot of time left in 2025. So if you started the year strong, but you fizzled out like most people do, like by March, That's okay. There's nothing wrong with you. That's what most people do. But you don't have to continue being like most people because most people are going to say, you know what? I'll start again next year. I'm going to get through the holidays and I'm going to start 2026 strong again, right? And you just end up in this endless, endless cycle. But if you don't want to be like that, if you've been listening and you're ready to make real changes with your money, that's Not someday, but actually now this is your moment.
Germaine Foley 2:39
Like I said, most people start off the year strong, but they fizzle out within weeks and definitely by March. And when the fall rolls around, they think about starting again fresh next year. But this is what I really want you to know. Finishing the year strong is way more powerful than starting in January. Why?

What is the Do Both Method™ and why start this series now?

Germaine Foley 3:01
Because momentum is everything. If you close this quarter out with intention and strategy and like, I know what I'm doing. I am going somewhere. I am changing my financial life. You'll enter the new year already in motion. Light years, right? ahead of everyone else who's waiting for January 1st. Listen, businesses know this. Q4 or quarter four is the most profitable quarter for most businesses. They are not saying, oh, the year is almost over. We'll start again next year. No, this is when they go all in on hitting their numbers. So why would you treat your money any differently? You can think of your finances, your personal finances, your household finances as a mini business. This is your fourth quarter.
Germaine Foley 3:54
This is when you press your feet on the gas, not when you start to break, okay? So we just entered the final quarter of the year, the final three months. of 2025. And you've got two choices. You can coast through the holidays, overspend and start January feeling behind again, because we all know we've done this several times, we know how it goes. Or you can decide that this year, you're going to do it a Until January, you're going to finish the year strong and enter the new year with a running head start, something different, something new. There's a quote that says, the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and over again and expecting a different result. This is you deciding that you're going to do something different so that you can actually have a different result with your finances.
