We need to love our people, our customers, our products and services and all else will follow. Having said that, Dirk makes it quite clear that leaders cannot be soft and must have tough conversation that are not driven by anger, but by compassion. Dirk also reveals some key ways that leaders can re-connect with their people after periods of disconnect.
