Brewers Take Manhattan: Torch and Crown

The Torch and Crown team meets with Jimmy in the studio as they prepare to open Manhattan's first brewery along with a taproom and restaurant in SoHo. Torch and Crown's co-founder, Joe Correia discusses the challenge of brewing in a place where space comes at a premium. He is joined by Torch and Crown's restaurant partner, Christian Pappanicholas, and the brewery's marketing director Chris McClellan.
