A surprise rain storm tried to throw off Redskins Talk, but thanks to some quick thinking by Mitch Tischler, he, JP Finlay, Rich Tandler and Pete Hailey found a backup room to record this chapter of the pod. Because of that, though, this is a bit of an accelerated episode. Things open up with the guys taking a look at two of the team's cornerstones in Jordan Reed and Trent Williams. How are each looking and should they play vs. New England in the preseason opener? Next, each host gives their "one thing," which include thoughts on Geron Christian and this insane Richmond heat. After that, they toss to JP's 1-on-1 with Vernon Davis, who talks about his ridiculous body fat stats, how he checks up on Jordan Reed often and what he thought when he first heard he was reuniting with Alex Smith. And after that, we're trying something new. Mitch has been shooting Mic'd Up segments at camp, so once Davis wraps up, you'll get a chance to hear one featuring Preston Smith.
