Incorporating video messaging, as part of your sales process, has been growing in popularity even well before isolation. Why is video working so well? More people are likely to open videos in their WFH environment (probably due to being less concerned about the noise inside an office) And there is an increase of sellers sending video messaging, mostly due to the reduction in our ability to hold face-to-face meetings. So, it's no wonder video is going ballistic. I've used video messaging on and off since early 2017 and I've increased the use of video in my outbound on social in the last few months simply because it gives me the best results. It's personalised, quick to produce and most importantly gives very high response rates.
