But look at him, you wouldn't know it would you. Yet back in 2024, this guy was your typical hard-working bloke that got bogged down in the corporate slug, whilst his health became worse. He made the decision to join the Better Body Academy at the start of 2025, and right now as he approaches his 50th birthday, he's in the best shape of his life. 10kg down, slinging around barbells like it's nobody's business.
