Dr. Zac Seidler is a trailblazing clinical psychologist who has dedicated himself to addressing the overlooked crisis of male mental health. His groundbreaking work on an effective therapy model specifically designed for men, hopes to break down the barriers that prevent them from seeking support. Zac developed 'Men in Mind', a world-first, online training program for therapists. A program that aims to increase therapists' confidence and skills to engage, connect with, and respond more effectively to their male clients. ‌Like many of us, Zac’s purpose was locked in when he was a kid.
