When some of our favorite grocery stores like Costco, Sprouts, and Walmart began to take shape, Lisa Cohen not only had a front row seat, she was helping to put in some of the first Candy, Fruit, & Nut programs in the United States. As a working mother and relentless entrepreneur, Lisa had to get creative and her family came along for the ride. These uphill battles. These challenges. These weren't obstacles. They were the gift of resilience. After having conquered the retail landscape, Lisa now has the opportunity to fully focus her time and energy into subjects that she's absolutely passionate about.
