Is the mental load fair in your relationship?! Doing the Fair Play cards - with Nick and Sophie

Welcome to Episode 227 of Beyond the Bump! In today's episode, Nick and I took a unique approach as we delved into the mental load Fair Play Cards. We'll provide a proper update on our progress once we've had more time with it, but I must say, it's already making a world of difference. Although having said this, my plants are looking a little limp, so we may need to redistribute that card (haha!). But aside from that, things have been going very well and I can’t wait to do this with Jayde and Harry soon.  It's important to remember that every family's dynamics vary, but our experience has been positive, and we're excited to share it with you.
