We first met when Kathy served as Canada’s chargé d’affaires at the Embassy in Slovakia from 2011 to 2016 — and since then, Dana had the privilege of witnessing her unique blend of fun, depth, and influence.Kathy holds a Master of Science in International Public Health from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from McGill University.
