Whether it's the upcoming school year, next week or the rest of 2020, the one thing that seems to cause us the most stress, anxiety and overwhelm? It's uncertainty. Our human brains want to be right, they want us to be comfortable and in control - so what happens when the reality of our lives is that uncertainty and change are guaranteed? Most often, it leads to a lot of mind drama, fear and freaking out that makes us feel miserable. In this episode, we're talking about what uncertainty means for us and why we're so afraid of it. I'm offering a new way to think about the uncertain parts of life so that you can slowly start to let go of that fear. And feel better.
