This episode was inspired by one of my favorite humans to learn from and follow: Bob Goff. If you haven't met Bob, he's a speaker, author and lover of people - his zeal for God and life is contagious. In his newest book, Bob shares a story about how he quits one thing each week. And today, I want to invite you to do the same. To quit one thing. Just one. It can be little, it can be big. Anything goes. There is power in letting go of something that's no longer serving you so that you can make space for something that matters more. In a life that can feel so overwhelming, busy and out of our control, quitting one thing is a quick win, an easy action step you can take today that can yield some surprising benefits.
