Ep. 113: The Elephant (or Donkey) in the Room

Today is Election Day here in the US, and many of us are anxious and worried about who will next occupy the presidency in this country. We are freaking out about uncertain future circumstances surrounding the outcomes of this election. "What if this happens? Or what about this? What if we don't know the results for some time? Or what if they're disputed?" Our brains are offering us a lot of questions right now. In this episode, I want to help you understand why that is and what the real problem is so that you can feel better - even before the votes are counted and the results are announced. And - if you aren't consumed with the election right now or you're listening in down the road - no worries. This episode is relevant to the many different life circumstances we find ourselves in that involve an uncertain future.
