As human beings, our brains offer us a LOT of thoughts about the people in our lives. Those we know and love as well as complete strangers. The thing is, the thoughts we often have about them - conclusions we jump to, assumptions we make - don't really impact the other people. But they do impact US. Our thoughts create OUR feelings, and when we have not-so-great thoughts about others, it makes us feel... well, not-so-great. In this episode, we're talking about how different YOUR life can feel when you regard others with good intentions.
