There are certain skill sets that serve us so well in life, and many of them are ones we aren't taught in school. I've been thinking about the most important skill sets I've learned in my own life, and those I find myself teaching clients. The result? This episode. It's the first of several to come, but in this one, I'm talking about the first important skill we can learn when we're wanting to prioritize our mental and emotional health and live life differently.
