Transitions in life can be uncomfortable - both big life changes and the smaller, everyday ones. As busy moms wearing many different hats on any given day, we're in constant transition between our roles and responsibilities. In this episode, I'm sharing part of my own story. I talk about the major life transition I struggled with in the past, and more recently, how I've noticed smaller transitions showing up in my everyday life as a work-from-home mom and entrepreneur. We talk about why transitions are hard, how many of us handle them and what you can do if the discomfort of hopping from one thing to the next is holding you back.
