Ep 85: Choosing Priorities When Everything Feels Important
19 May 2020
As working moms, we navigate so many different roles in the course of a single day. Mother, caregiver, chef, nurse, psychologist, household manager, referee, teacher, wife, employee, boss, bookkeeper, business owner and more. With 24 hours in a day, how do we choose priorities when *everything* we do feels important? In this episode we're talking about why everything feels important to begin with, what drives us to think we're supposed to do it all and some tactical tools to use when assessing how we're currently spending our time and how to make intentional shifts so that we can make the most of the time we have by choosing priorities.
