Our human brains love drama. It's why we read books, watch movies and tell stories. Sometimes, our brains even create drama that isn't really there. We exaggerate, we gossip, we make parts of our lives seem harder, more stressful, more upsetting and scary than they are. I call it "mama llama mind drama". In this episode we're talking all about the unnecessary emotional pain we experience simply from these unnecessary dramatizations that we believe to be true about ourselves and our lives. I'm walking you through some real-life coaching scenarios to help illustrate what to look for when searching out the mind drama in your own brain.
