اليوم ٣٢٠: إنكار بطرس المُنبأ به. عندما نقترب من نهاية إنجيل لوقا، نتوسع بإيجاز في قصة تقدمة الأرملة الفقيرة، مع التركيز على أن الرب يهتم بحجم قلوبنا أكثر من حجم مواهبنا. ونؤكد أيضًا على كلمات يسوع المؤثرة لبطرس عندما تنبأ بإنكار بطرس. تذكرنا كلمات يسوع أنه مهما حاول العدو مهاجمتنا بشراسة، فهو يصلي دائمًا من أجل كل واحد منا. قراءات اليوم هي لوقا 20-22:38 وأمثال 26:17-19. Day 320: Peter's Denial Foretold As we draw near to the end of the Gospel of Luke, we briefly expands on the story of the poor widow’s offering, emphasizing that the Lord cares more about the size of our hearts than about the size of our gifts. we also underscores Jesus’ moving words to Peter when he foretells Peter’s denial. Jesus’ words remind us that no matter how fiercely the enemy tries to attack us, he is always praying for each and every one of us. Today's readings are Luke 20-22:38 and Proverbs 26:17-19. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website.
