Hi....I just bought Einkorn flour - but what you're saying is that I should be buying the actual grains instead? I've been gluten intolerant for 15+ years so just wanted to see if I could actually eat Einkorn - if so...then I'll definitely get the grains and mill for next time...great vid by the way - sooo much info! Annette, would it be possible to make just one large loaf of unleavened bread from four quarts of flour that weighed around 11 lbs.? Would it hold together and still be edible?
