He's gone away and he's done a year and a half of interviews around the world. He's reviewed hundreds of thousands of pages of documents. He's had billings up to $10 million for this investigation to run the office to do it. And he finally submits his anticipated report into the bidding process around the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
