One of the most common complaints of athletes visiting clinicians is leg pain exacerbated by exercise. In this podcast, UK vascular surgeon Rob Hinchliffe explains how iliac artery endofibrosis develops in the sportsperson. He discusses the diagnostic approach for the clinician, potential therapies and gaps in the knowledge about this relatively new pathology, which too often remains undiagnosed for long periods of time.
