The only way we can transform the health of Black Men is to replicate a program that is working. We have found such an organization and it's called the Rebalanced - Life Wellness Health Association by Founder and CEO Aaron G. Perry. Frustrated by his own medical challenges, Perry created his own medical team to help eliminate a medical condition he lived with for over 2 years. Now he has created a new innovative health model for reducing health disparities and improving the Social & Health Conditions of Black men in Dane County. And is seeking to do so nationwide.
