Headquartered in Indore with 36 company owned depots across India, MDPH today has 5 Factories, 35 Regional Sales offices, Work Strength of over 3000 people with more than 70% women, kitty of 1200+ products, exported to over 30+ countries across 6 continents, MDPH processes over 15 Lacs Incense pack every day at their 6,40,000 sq feets (53,000 sq mt) of manufacturing space in Indore. In FY21, the company turned a clock over of Rs 650 crores. Anshul Agrawal, Director, MDPH believes in upgrading his knowledge continuously & puts his enormous efforts & time to do so. He is a 2nd Generation Entrepreneur heading his family business. Born in 1987 Anshul completed his schooling from Indore. At the age of 13, he became the youngest Web Developer in MP by developing Indore city website. In 2008, he attained a B Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. During his college, he completed a 3 months internship in New Zealand and also received an award for Cumulative Outstanding Contribution to Photography Club of IIT Delhi. After graduation his first work experience was in the field of Retail Consultancy with Dunnhumby for a year and then co-founded a startup in the Education sector with his fellow IITians. He has also completed a management development program in family business from IIM Ahmedabad. Later on he joined his family business in 2011 and since then he has been an integral part of the company. With his super-eminent managing skills, Anshul is heading the Operations, Administration and HR at MDPH. He is managing more than 3,000 people at its 4 manufacturing units with cumulative production space of 6,50,000 sq fts. and 35 offices across India.
