The House just passed a massive spending package that funds the vast majority of the government and a stopgap measure that funds the Department of Homeland Security through February 13th. U.S. Central Command says a U.S. Navy fighter jet shot down an Iranian drone that was approaching the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln in the Arabian Sea.
