They say the vessel was an oil tanker trying to sail to an Iranian port, violating the blockade against Iran. U.S. forces have so far redirected 134 ships in the Iran blockade. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Israeli military is holding their fire in Iran for now. But Israel and Iran traded fire in their first attack since the U.S. struck a ceasefire with Tehran two months ago. That's threatening to drag the Middle East back into a full-scale war. Bloomberg's Ethan Brawner reports that the fighting has implications for those interim peace talks with Iran.
