The storm is redeveloping off the mid-Atlantic coast. You're taking that storm, which is basically came out of the Mississippi Valley. It started redeveloping in the Mississippi Valley. We had that extra bit of energy over the Great Lakes, and now they're forming into a brand new storm. Right along the Delmarva, so off the southern Jersey coast, Delaware coast, Maryland's eastern shore.

More than 17,000 cancellations, more than 80 percent of departures have been canceled at Newark, LaGuardia and JFK airports, while cancellations at Washington Reagan National top 90 percent.
