It started redeveloping in the Mississippi Valley.

We had that extra bit of energy over the Great Lakes, and now they're forming into a brand new storm.

Right along the Delmarva, so off the southern Jersey coast, Delaware coast, Maryland's eastern shore.

And it will take the rest of the night to get far enough offshore to have the precipitation quit in the northeast.
